藍營呼籲檢察官調查民進黨2016總統參選人蔡英文募款餐會，有無違反政治獻金法或涉及變相賄選。民進黨發言人黃帝穎昨正告法務部，「不應隨國民黨起舞，踐踏刑事訴訟法。」

民進黨昨日發布新聞稿表示，「針對法務部次長陳明堂配合國民黨立院黨團指涉小英募款餐會涉及賄選對價一事，法務部在未有任何證據之下隨國民黨起舞，甚至表示檢察官將加強查察，純以臆測進行查賄，不惜踐踏《刑事訴訟法》，和國民黨政治操作，重傷法治威信。」
